Patient Portal Access

Every patient that we see is automatically given a patient portal account.  In the portal you can:

  • Access any outstanding bills

  • See your Medical Records

  • Get a copy of any prescriptions 

  • Schedule appointments

  • Message the Office 

 Below are instruction on how to access your account.  Should you have any questions, feel to free to call the office.

How to Access Your Patient Portal

Step 1

Check Email

You will be emailed instructions to access the patient portal. This will include username info.

Click On Link

From the email or the link on this page, click on
the link taking you to
the portal.

Username

If you cannot remember your username or password you can reset them now.

Once you have your username and password log-in. If you have any concerns or issues, give us a call or message.
